We are the only dive shop in Connecticut which offers classroom and pool instruction all on-site. Here at THE DIVE SHOP we offer the most fun, exciting and convenient learning environment. It begins with an orientation to the PADI Open Water Part I class. Your training proceeds to classroom circuculum and then all your confined water training in our state of the art aquatic center.
We encourage you to call and find out more about becoming a certified SCUBA Diver. We offer orientation and classes to fit your schedule. We offer weekday classes, weekend acclerated courses and dates and times to fit your busy schedule.
Not sure about the whole SCUBA thing? Try our Discover SCUBA afternoon or evening sessions. We will gear you up after a brief lesson in the classroom and then glide in the pool and take your first breaths underwater! It's an opportunity to experience SCUBA in a safe, controlled space. Refresher $125
Now is the time the schedule a Refresher to insure your skills are sharp!
Refreshers are scheduled in advance by appointment only. Allow plenty of time for yourself to get recharged for that next SCUBA adventure!
Please have your gear serviced six weeks prior to your departure to allow adequate time to have your gear ready.

Since 1996 we have certified thousands of scuba divers. These divers were trained by PADI professionals and we are proud of our dedicated staff. We promote safe and fun diving. THE DIVE SHOP continues to be innovative within the sport. Our schedule is flexible to meet your needs. You only need to come to one location at THE DIVE SHOP! Now located within THE DIVE SHOP Aquatic Center, we can offer classroom and pool time all in one location. THE DIVE SHOP Aquatic Center has an indoor 25 yard pool with 12' depth to experience and complete your confined water training.
